Dolittle’s is not Government funded and has been set up entirely by an individual with an overwhelming desire to provide a volunteer healing service to the people of the Isle of Man.

The organisation relies on donations and sponsorship and is non-profitable, assisted by unpaid volunteers from all over the Island.
